Tranquil Zen & Mindfulness Retreat

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Negombo. Check-in at Hotel Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions, where you will engage in Ayurveda treatments, yoga, and meditation. These first few days are designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate, setting the tone for the rest of your journey. Spend the day relaxing and engaging in wellness activities at the hotel. In the morning, visit the Anuradhapura Ruins, a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with ancient temples, stupas, and other historic structures. After your cultural exploration, return to Forest Rock Garden Resort to indulge in a meditation session. Spend the afternoon meditating in the peaceful surroundings of the resort, deepening your connection to nature. Overnight stay at Forest Rock Garden Resort.

On Day 07, travel to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s cultural capital. Check-in at the Samadhi Centre, a tranquil yoga and meditation retreat in the hills of Kandy. Spend the next two days engaged in yoga and meditation sessions, focusing on inner peace and relaxation. On Day 08, take some time to visit the Kandy Temple of the Tooth, one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in Sri Lanka. The evening can be spent practising meditation or relaxing at the retreat. Overnight stays at the Samadhi Centre.

On your final day, enjoy a last peaceful morning in Tangalle before transferring back to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure.
